Når vi driver en forretning, og det er uanset hvilken type det er, så er der basalt set 3 måder at øge omsætningen på. Jeg bruger et online system, hvor det er muligt at optimere på alle disse tre forskellige værkøjer.
- Skabe nye kunder: Oftest med lave priser og reklamer.
- Skabe mere værdi for kunder: Jo mere værdi kunder får, jo mere er de villige til at betale for en service eller et produkt.
- Skabe hyppigere besøg fra kunder: Kunder der hyppigere vender tilbage køber mere. - eller ved at have flere kunder samtidigt.
Når jeg starter et samarbejde med en ny selvstændig, så tager vi ofte udgangspunkt i en eksisterende salgstragt eller kanal. Og prøver at optimer den, så den skaber en omsætning, helt systematiske.
Jeg er selv uddannet civil ingeniør og har i mange år arbejdet med udvikling af løsninger på komplekse problemer og startede som familie coach og lærte i den forbindelse disse nye værktøjer som led i at skabe en profitabel praksis. Og fandt ud af at det var meget mere mig at hjælpe andre selvstændige med at bygge profitable salgstragte.
Jeg kan derfor både udvikle, iværksætte, optimere og coach dig i hvordan du kan overtage driften fremover eller også drive systemerne for dig.
